The history of our company
Rimat Srl was founded in 1983
Thanks to the continuous renewal of its machine park, updated according to the continuous development of modern technologies, Rimat Srl stands out as a company capable of producing a wide range of products that meet the demands of precision and reliability, with production times always in line with the customer’s requirements.
Rimat Srl’s field of action focuses on the realisation of a wide range of mechanical parts in stainless steel, carbon steel and special aluminium and/or bronze alloys, which can be used in any sector, passing easily from prototype to small and medium series.
As a confirmation of the high quality standards achieved, Rimat Srl has organised itself in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (ISO 9001:2000) standards, with certification issued by DNV, valid for mechanical machining to customer specifications.
The continuous updating of our machine park, together with the use of a rigorous quality control phase (based on the self-control of the operators who are suitably trained in the tools and operations) allows us to obtain accurate machining and high-precision products.
In order to achieve a high standard of quality, Rimat Srl has a dimensional control room equipped with a co-ordinate measuring machine and digital instrumentation for the final inspection of machined parts.
The rigorous internal procedures adopted in terms of quality control have allowed Rimat Srl to obtain the prestigious Free Pass supplier qualification with some of its customers.
