Precision and Quality in CNC Machining
All components are manufactured to specific project and design specifications by the customer, on technologically advanced 2-3-4 axis CNC machines capable of machining multiple geometries, maintaining high quality standards and meeting agreed lead times.
3D Control for Precision Components
Production quality control is carried out on the machine, with reference to the sampling plans agreed upon with the customers; this control involves the use of electronic measuring instruments, pass/not pass gauges and measurements on three-dimensional inspection machines.
Certificates of Origin on Request
Each manufactured product is subjected to a final inspection and testing, according to self-determined sampling quantities based on production batches. At the customer’s request, these measurements can be supplied with the certificates of origin of raw materials.
What we can do for you
RIMAT Srl, engages in contract machining, for chip removal performed on CNC machines, turning and milling of small and large series, on numerically controlled shooting and bar machines, and execution of individual parts for prototypes, broaching, toothing, heat treatment and grinding, drilling, mechanical assemblies, welding.
The machine operators work in constant self-monitoring, checking all workpieces using the special instruments made available to them and issuing periodic reports, in order to document the checks carried out even after some time.
The self-imposed standards have enabled RIMAT to generate a high level of customer satisfaction, which, by building up loyalty, has ensured partnerships spanning twenty years.
